Processing center

The Processing Center and the functions of the Processing Center were transferred to the RSU "Republican Antiepizootic Detachment" from KazAgroMarketing LLP by Order No. 7-1/179 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan from February 2015. These Rules of Operation of the Processing Center (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed in accordance with subparagraph 38-1) of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 "On Veterinary Medicine" (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and determine the procedure for the functioning of the Processing Center.

  1. Issue of individual numbers;
  2. Registration of laser stations, products (facilities) and attributes for identification of farm animals and their producers in the database on the emission of individual numbers;
  3. Determination of conformity of products (means) and attributes for identification of farm animals to the established requirements;
  4. Selective selection of products (tools) and attributes for the identification of farm animals during their delivery to determine compliance with established requirements;
  5. Maintaining a database on the issue of individual numbers;
  6. Implementation of public procurement, conclusion of supply contracts with suppliers based on its results, as well as provision, provision of services for storage and transportation (delivery) of products (means) and attributes for identification of farm animals to customers (local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital);
  7. Monitoring the identification of farm animals.
